1 c. uncooked long-grain white rice | ||
2 c. Pacific Foods chicken broth | ||
¼ c. Kraft mayonnaise | ||
½ c. grated Parmesan cheese | ||
1 tbsp. dried parsley | ||
½ tsp. dried basil | ||
1 tsp. garlic powder | ||
¼ tsp. red pepper flakes | ||
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook onions in butter until translucent. Add rice and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover.
- Simmer over medium-low heat for 25 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
