Description

½ (0.8-oz.) pkg. fresh rosemary sprigs

  • 4- to 5-qt. saucepan or Dutch oven

Directions

  1. Fill a 4- to 5-qt. saucepan or Dutch oven with 8 to 10 cups water. Add all of the ingredients.

  2. Simmer, uncovered, over low to medium-low heat for desired amount of time. Add more water as needed.

    Note: Do not leave simmering pot unattended.
