    1 (10 oz) can Hy-Vee premium breast of chicken, drained and chunked
    ½ c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 c. sliced red grapes
    1 medium Braeburn apple, cored, seeded and diced
    ½ c. Hy-Vee sliced almonds
    ½ c. light mayonnaise
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee lemon yogurt
    Lettuce leaves, optional

    Directions

    1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken, carrots, pineapple, grapes, apple and almonds. Stir to blend.
    2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and lemon yogurt.
    3. Stir mayonnaise mixture into chicken mixture. Toss gently to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 to 3 hours before serving.
    4. Serve over lettuce leaves, if desired.
