    2 lbs. 80%-lean ground beef
    1 large white onion, sliced into 4 thick slices
    4 Hy-Vee Bakery sesame seed buns, sliced into thirds
    1 c. prepared coleslaw
    4 slice(s) Maple Leaf smoked Gouda cheese (about 2 oz)
    ¼ lbs. packaged prepared pulled pork, heated
    8 tbsp. Hy-Vee barbecue sauce
    4 slice(s) white cheddar cheese
    15 to 20 Hy-Vee BBQ kettle chips (about 1 1/2 oz)

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill to direct heat over medium-high heat.
    2. Form beef into 8 patties. Grill patties about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, or until temperature reaches 160 degrees.
    3. Grill onion slices about 5 to 7 minutes per side or until onion is tender and begins to caramelize.
    4. To assemble burgers, top bottom third bun with coleslaw, burger patty, Gouda cheese, pulled pork, 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce, middle third bun, caramelized onion, second burger patty, white cheddar cheese slice, remaining 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce, chips and top third bun.
