    2 (9-in.) Hy-Vee flour tortillas for burritos
    4 tbsp. Hy-Vee roasted garlic hummus
    1 c. lightly packed baby arugula, divided
    2 tbsp. Culinary Tours tzatziki dressing
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Kitchen picked rotisserie chicken
    ¼ c. chopped Hy-Vee pitted Greek Kalamata olives
    ¼ c. Soirée traditional feta cheese crumbles

    Directions

    1. Spread tortillas with hummus. Top tortillas with arugula, dressing, chicken, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese. Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.

    2. To serve, unwrap and trim ends of rolls. Cut each into 8 (1-in.) pieces.
