    Things To Grab

    • 2 rimmed baking pans
    • Foil
    • Medium bowl
    • Electric mixer
    • Sharp knife
    • Cutting board
    • Silicone spatula
    • 8-in.-sq. baking dish

    Directions

    1. Place oven racks in the upper and lower third of the oven; preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 2 rimmed baking pans with foil. Place bacon in a single layer in prepared pans. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until crisp-cooked, switching baking sheets on oven racks halfway through.

    2. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and dip mix in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until well combined.

    3. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Set aside 4 slices of bacon for garnish. Chop remaining bacon. Fold chopped bacon and ¼ cup green onions into cheese mixture.

    4. Spoon cheese mixture into an 8-in.-sq. baking dish. Spread jam on top to within 1 in. of edges. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until slightly bubbly. Remove from oven; let stand for 5 minutes.

    5. To serve, crumble the reserved 4 slices of bacon. Top dip with lettuce, tomato, remaining ¼ cup green onions and crumbled bacon. Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips, crackers and/or vegetable dippers.
