    1 tbsp. minced peeled gingerroot
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    ⅓ c. Gustare Vita white wine vinegar
    9 Fish Market barstool cocktail oysters, scrubbed and shucked
    Fresh cilantro, for garnish
    Lemon slices, wedges or halves, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Stir together shallot, lemon peel, ginger, honey and vinegar in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

    2. Serve with raw oysters. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lemon, if desired.
