    4 c. frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
    1 (3.4 oz) package fat-free, sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
    1 rounded tsp pumpkin pie spice
    ⅔ c. fat-free milk
    Additional thawed frozen whipped topping, optional

    Directions

    1. Beat pudding mix, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and milk together until well-blended. Fold in whipped topping to desired consistency and flavor intensity.
    2. Divide among 8 glasses. Chill 3 hours.
    3. Top with additional whipped topping and serve.
    4. Optional: Spread in graham cracker crust. This will add calories and fat.
