1 (3.4 oz) package fat-free, sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix | ||
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin | ||
1 rounded tsp pumpkin pie spice | ||

Additional thawed frozen whipped topping, optional |
Directions
- Beat pudding mix, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and milk together until well-blended. Fold in whipped topping to desired consistency and flavor intensity.
- Divide among 8 glasses. Chill 3 hours.
- Top with additional whipped topping and serve.
- Optional: Spread in graham cracker crust. This will add calories and fat.
