    6 miniature pumpkins
    1 (15 ounce) can Hy-Vee pumpkin
    1 (1.75 ounce) package Hy-Vee sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix
    1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 (8 ounce) container Hy-Vee fat-free whipped topping, thawed

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Wash pumpkins, cut off tops and scoop out the insides. Bake shells for 18 minutes. Chill.
    2. Meanwhile, blend pumpkin, pudding, milk and spice until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Chill.
    3. Serve pumpkin fluff in chilled miniature pumpkins.
