1 (15 ounce) can Hy-Vee pumpkin | ||
1 (1.75 ounce) package Hy-Vee sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice | ||
1 (8 ounce) container Hy-Vee fat-free whipped topping, thawed |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Wash pumpkins, cut off tops and scoop out the insides. Bake shells for 18 minutes. Chill.
- Meanwhile, blend pumpkin, pudding, milk and spice until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Chill.
- Serve pumpkin fluff in chilled miniature pumpkins.
