⅓ c. Hy-Vee chicken broth | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee parsley flakes | ||
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts | ||
1 lbs. fresh mushrooms, quartered |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir together sour cream, soup, broth and parsley flakes.
- Place chicken breasts in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Top with mushrooms.
- Pour sour cream mixture over mushrooms.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
