    8 (7 oz each) boneless pork chops
    1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    ⅔ c. Hy-Vee skim milk

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish, place chops in a single layer.
    3. In a medium bowl, stir together mushroom soup, onion, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and milk. Pour over chops. Cover.
    4. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until internal temperature of pork chops reaches 145 degrees.
