1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee condensed cream of mushroom soup | ||
1 small onion, chopped | ||
1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee mushroom stems and pieces, drained | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
⅔ c. Hy-Vee skim milk |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish, place chops in a single layer.
- In a medium bowl, stir together mushroom soup, onion, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and milk. Pour over chops. Cover.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until internal temperature of pork chops reaches 145 degrees.
