Directions
Bring sugar, butter, honey and cinnamon to boiling in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in raisins, wheat flakes, rolled oats and almonds.
Press mixture in prepared pan. Cool completely.
