    1 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    3 tsp. Ras El Hanout
    kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
    3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 preserved lemon, peel only, rinsed and chopped
    2 to 3 tsp harissa paste or a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
    3 tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
    2 tbsp. chopped Italian parsley

    Directions

    1. Season shrimp with Ras El Hanout, salt and pepper on both sides.
    2. Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium high heat. Add garlic, preserved lemon and harissa. Saute for one minute or until fragrant.
    3. Add shrimp and saute approximately 3 minutes per side or until just pink and just beginning to curl into a tight "C" shape.
    4. Add lemon juice, cilantro and parsley. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
