Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place an egg in each of the muffin cups in a muffin pan.

  2.  Bake for 30 minutes.

  3. Transfer eggs to a bowl with ice water. Cool completely.

  4.  Keep shells on; store in refrigerator up to 5 days. Peel shells from eggs to serve.
