2 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce | ||
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar | ||
2 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||

1 (3 to 3-1/2 pound) pkg Hy-Vee chicken drumsticks (about 10 drumsticks) | ||
1 tsp. sesame seeds |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds, whisking together.
- In a large baking dish, place chicken. Brush sauce mixture over chicken. Roast in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Turn chicken and brush with remaining marinade. Return to oven and broil on HIGH for 10 minutes, closely watch chicken to prevent burning. Top with sesame seeds before serving.
