    3 oz. 100% pomegranate juice
    1 ½ oz. London dry gin
    ½ oz. simple syrup
    1 tbsp. pomegranate arils, plus additional for garnish
    1 small fresh rosemary sprig, plus additional for garnish
    1 ½ oz. prosecco
    Orange half-slices, for garnish

    • Ice-filled cocktail shaker with lid
    • 1 (12-oz.) coupe glass

    Directions

    1. Add to pomegranate juice, gin, simple syrup, 1 Tbsp. pomegranate arils and 1 small rosemary sprig to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake well until chilled.

    2. Strain into 1 (12-oz.) coupe glass. top with prosecco. Garnish with orange half-slices, and additional rosemary sprig, pomegranate arils, if desired.
