    2 packet(s) dry yeast
    2 ½ c. warm water
    1 packet(s) yellow cake mix
    5 c. flour
    butter, softened
    cinnamon
    sugar
    frosting, if desired

    Directions

    1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir into cake mix and flour. Let rise until doubled. Roll out.
    2. Combine butter, cinnamon and sugar. Spread on dough. Roll up from long side of rectangle and cut.
    3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Frost, if desired.
