Directions
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Place shrimp in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning; toss to coat. Wrap each shrimp with a bacon half-slice. Place, seam-side down, on the wire rack in pan.
Broil shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes or until bacon is crisp and shrimp reach 145 degrees.
To assemble, spread about ½ tsp. tzatziki dip on each cucumber slice. Top with shrimp. Garnish with dill, if desired.
