    1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee reduced-fat cream cheese
    ½ c. Hy-Vee butter
    4 c. Birdseye frozen corn
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and butter. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds; stir. Repeat until cheese is melted.
    2. In a greased slow-cooker bowl, stir together cheese mixture, corn, seasoning, salt and pepper. Cover; cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
    3. Remove half the corn mixture; process in a food process until smooth. Stir in remaining corn.
