4 scallions, chopped | ||
1 small jar chopped pimientos | ||
1 (7 oz) can tuna, drained | ||
½ c. sliced black olives | ||
½ c. chopped walnuts | ||
chopped fresh parsley | ||
8 to 12 oz shredded Swiss cheese | ||
2 tbsp. olive oil | ||
2 tbsp. butter | ||
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, combine scallions, pimientos, tuna, olives, walnuts, parsley and cheese.
- Stir olive oil and butter into cooked spaghetti. Stir in tuna mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
