    16 oz. spaghetti
    4 scallions, chopped
    1 small jar chopped pimientos
    1 (7 oz) can tuna, drained
    ½ c. sliced black olives
    ½ c. chopped walnuts
    chopped fresh parsley
    8 to 12 oz shredded Swiss cheese
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    2 tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Transfer to a large bowl.
    2. Meanwhile, combine scallions, pimientos, tuna, olives, walnuts, parsley and cheese.
    3. Stir olive oil and butter into cooked spaghetti. Stir in tuna mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
