Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Place fish in prepared dish. Mix together oil and seasoning. Drizzle over fish.
- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
