1 c. uncooked Hy-Vee brown rice, prepared according to package directions | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee frozen corn, thawed | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee mild chunky salsa | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili powder |
Directions
- Brown ground beef and green bell pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and return to pan.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in prepared rice, corn, salsa and chili powder. Heat through.
