    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 c. uncooked Hy-Vee brown rice, prepared according to package directions
    1 c. Hy-Vee frozen corn, thawed
    1 c. Hy-Vee mild chunky salsa
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili powder

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef and green bell pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and return to pan.
    2. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in prepared rice, corn, salsa and chili powder. Heat through.
