    1 lbs. ground beef
    2 (8 oz each) cans tomato sauce
    1 (1.25 oz) envelope dry taco seasoning
    1 (8 oz) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
    ½ lbs. Mexican Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    ½ c. chopped tomato
    ¼ c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    sour cream, optional

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef. Drain.
    2. Stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix. Simmer 5 minutes.
    3. Press crescent roll dough on bottom and sides of ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, pressing edges together to form seal.
    4. Prick bottom and sides of crust with fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden-brown.
    5. Fill crust with meat mixture. Top with cheese. Continue baking until cheese begins to melt.
    6. Top with lettuce, tomato and ripe olives. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
