1 medium lemon, both juice and zest |
Directions
- Combine hot sauce, butter, honey, brown sugar, molasses, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice and lemon zest in a thick-bottom sauce pan over medium heat and simmer until the mixture has been reduced 20% and thickened to the consistency of heavy cream. Stir often. Cover and refrigerate leftover sauce. It will keep for several weeks.
