    Things To Grab

    • Large cookie sheet
    • Parchment paper
    • Large mixing bowl
    • Electric mixer
    • 3 medium bowls
    • Wire cooling rack

    Directions

    1. Place oven rack in center of oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

    2. Combine sugar cookie mixes, butter, eggs and flour in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until dough forms.

    3. Divide dough evenly into 3 medium bowls. Add purple food color to one bowl; orange food color to another bowl and green to the third bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix each dough mixture until evenly colored.

    4. For each cookie, pinch off about 1 Tbsp. of each color of dough; press together. Insert 1 mini milk chocolate caramel candy into center. Roll dough into a ball to seal in candy. Place on prepared cookie sheet. Press white chocolate chips and sprinkles onto tops of each ball of dough.

    5. Bake for 11 to 14 minutes or until tops are slightly firm to the touch. Cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
