Tropical Fruit and Cheesecake Trifle

1 (11.2 oz) box Hy-Vee no bake real cheesecake mix, unprepared | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee 2% milk | ||
16 oz. fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced | ||
1 (20 oz) can Hy-Vee pineapple chunks, drained | ||
1 (11 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained | ||
2 kiwi, peeled and diced | ||
1 baked angel food cake, cut or torn into 1-inch cubes | ||
1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee fat-free whipped topping, thawed |
Directions
- Combine cheesecake filling and milk. Mix on low speed 1 minute, then on medium speed for 3 minutes. Set aside.
- Mix strawberries, pineapple, mandarin oranges and kiwi together.
- In a clear 4-quart dish with straight sides, layer half each of angel food cake pieces, fruit mix, cheesecake filling and graham cracker crumbs (from cheesecake mix). Repeat layers. Top with dollops of whipped topping.
