2 c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee light whipped topping, thawed | ||
¼ tsp. rum extract | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee flake coconut |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Mix well.
- Gently stir in whipped topping, rum extract and coconut.
- Refrigerate at least one hour before serving with apple slices, strawberries or oranges.
