Upon earning her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Rebecca Beaudoin, RD, LMNT, completed her dietetic internship at the Mayo Medical Center in Rochester, Minnesota. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association), a past president of the Omaha District of the Academy, and the current Secretary of the Nebraska Academy or Nutrition and Dietetics.
Rebecca completed the CDR Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management in April of 2011 and is a trained health coach, and is a 2014 graduate of the Great Plains Public Health Leadership Institute.
Rebecca’s career has allowed her to experience many areas of dietetics including intensive care, morbid obesity/weight loss surgery, food safety, long-term care and marketing.
Rebecca’s passion for helping people proactively incorporate nutrition into their everyday lives is evident by her “hands-on” and practical approach. Her reward is the value this brings to the lives she touches every day.
