Taylor Carrick, MS, RDN, LMNT, is a dedicated advocate for health and wellness. She became passionate about nutrition at Northwest Missouri State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition: Dietetics before furthering her education at Augusta University in Georgia. There, Taylor completed her dietetic internship and obtained her master’s degree in Allied Health with a concentration in Nutrition. Note: Taylor will be covering this location virtually.
As a registered dietitian, Taylor’s mission is to empower individuals in making sustainable, positive changes to their nutrition and lifestyle. She believes in the uniqueness of each person’s dietary needs and takes a holistic approach to nutrition, considering not only the foods we consume but also the lifestyle factors that impact our well-being.
Taylor offers personalized consultations, working collaboratively with clients to develop practical and realistic nutrition plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
