Rachel Tetlie, MS, RDN, LD received her Bachelor of Science degree in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics with a minor in Psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She completed her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western Michigan University along with her dietetic internship with a focus in sustainable food systems. Rachel has additional training as an online fitness and nutrition coach, and has completed a Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults.
Rachel has always been interested in nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle, which led to her passion for guiding others on their own health journey. Her approach is tailored to each individual, meeting clients where they are at while implementing practical steps to help them achieve their personalized wellness goals.
Rachel’s interests outside of dietetics include weight lifting, traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with her fiancé, Matt, and canine companion, Kota.
