Rachel Fink, MS, RDN, LRD received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Science from North Dakota State University. She completed her dietetics internship in Moorhead, MN, with a particular emphasis on long-term care and community nutrition at WIC (Women, Infants, and Children). Note: Rachel is covering this location virtually.
Her areas of expertise include women’s health, weight management and diabetes management — but she welcomes all types of clients and connections! She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
At Hy-Vee, Rachel is dedicated to helping create a positive food environment for her clients. Her philosophy on balanced eating is centered around the idea that we can eat the foods we love while maintaining a healthy, nutritious diet. Rachel’s favorite part of working for Hy-Vee is helping clients create a consistent, personalized and sustainable nutrition routine at home.
Rachel enjoys spending time outside of work traveling, being in the great outdoors, and swing dancing with her husband.
