Emily Joppe, RD, CD received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Bachelor of Science in Dietetics degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She additionally completed a 1,200-hour accredited internship program through the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. During her past work experience in grocery management, Emily’s passion for food and nutrition strengthened, which led her to pursue the path of becoming a dietitian.
Prior to joining Hy-Vee, Emily worked as a dietitian in the behavioral health clinical setting. She understands the importance of gut-health, its impact on our body and mind, and connection to our overall well-being. She loves meeting each person “where they are at” in their health journey to provide an individualized approach to meeting health goals.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys drawing, running, watching live music and playing volleyball. She also enjoys trying new foods and getting creative with food presentation.
