Victoria is passionate about making healthy eating simple for people in all walks of life. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Environmental Science with a Major in Dietetics at the University of Missouri. She has a background working in the community, at health departments, and helping families juggle budget, nutrition, and time with meal planning. Food and its connection to our minds and bodies have always fascinated her. Diet is much more than calories in/calories out, and she considers the whole person when providing nutrition counseling. She prioritizes anti-inflammatory food, minimizing processed foods in the diet, and fostering healthy eating patterns while making practical changes to improve one’s health and relationship with food.
With a family of her own, she knows that real life can come with challenges and barriers to better nutrition, and she’s committed to helping you, in your unique situation on the path to better health.
