At Hy-Vee, we believe our helpful smiles – our people – are our most important asset. And we are committed to cultivating the future by investing in our helpful smiles. Through our partnership with Bellevue University, our enhanced Tuition Assistance program offers up to $10,500 per year to a select 100 full-time or regular-time employees who apply. Furthermore, all full-time and part-time employees are eligible for up to $3,500 per year, and immediate family members can qualify for to $2,500 per year when they earn their degrees from Bellevue University. This benefit is open to all Hy-Vee and Hy-Vee subsidiary employees and family members, and can be utilized at any time.
