Acetaminophen Caplets Recalled

The supplier of Hy-Vee’s Extra Strength Non-Aspirin Pain Reliever (acetaminophen) has issued a voluntary recall of the 50-count and 100-count packages of 500mg caplets as a result of small metal fragments found in a small number of the pills. Customers who may have any of the affected products in their possession should return them to their nearest Hy-Vee store for exchange or full refund.
