Hy-Vee, Latinx Immigrants of Iowa and Knock and Drop Iowa Will Hold In-Person Sign Up Hours on Wednesday, April 21 in Advance of COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (April 19, 2021) — Hy-Vee and Latinx Immigrants of Iowa in Des Moines are holding in-person sign up hours for individuals who are seeking to receive a COVID-19 vaccine at Hy-Vee and Latinx’s upcoming community vaccination clinics, which will be held Wednesday, April 28 and Wednesday, May 5.
Community members are invited to stop by Knock and Drop Iowa, located at 4801 Franklin Avenue in Des Moines, between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21 to sign up for a COVID-19 vaccination appointment. Interpreters will be onsite to assist with appointment scheduling.
The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine will be administered at these clinics, and those 16 and older are eligible to receive this vaccine. Pfizer is a two-dose vaccine, and the second-dose clinic dates will be Wednesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 26.
