Hy-Vee Perks (“Program”) Terms and Conditions

1. This is a free membership; there is no purchase necessary to join.

2. You must be at least 14 years of age to participate in the Program.

3. Must be a member of the Program to receive Program rewards. Program members must provide required information to activate Program membership. Some Program rewards may not be redeemed until Program card is activated. To receive Program rewards, you must use your Program card at checkout.

4. Program rewards may be in the form of (a) discounts on fuel, (b) access to Program member price discounts on certain products and/or services, (c) free product(s) and/or service(s), and/or (d) sweepstakes entry(ies).

5. Program rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Program rewards earned cannot be transferred from one Program card to another.

7. All earned fuel discount rewards expire 30 days from date of purchase of each eligible item that offers a fuel discount. For example, fuel discounts earned on items purchased September 3 expire on October 3 at 11:59:59 p.m. local time. All other Program perks expire upon notified expiration date or as determined by the applicable store.

8. Discounted fuel cannot exceed 20 gallons each redemption transaction.

9. Fuel discount rewards may only be redeemed on one vehicle per each redemption transaction.

10. Fuel discount rewards shall not reduce the price below a minimum per-gallon price ranging between $0.019 and $0.109 depending on the type of fuel dispenser being used.

11. If fuel discount rewards earned exceed the current price per gallon of fuel minus $0.019 to $0.109 per gallon, the remaining earned discount reward will roll over and be available for use on a future redemption transaction prior to expiration 30 days from date of purchase of each fuel discount item.

12. Fuel discount rewards earned may be used only in conjunction with gasoline or diesel fuel purchases at Hy-Vee Fast and Fresh, Hy-Vee Fast and Fresh Express, Hy-Vee Gas or participating Casey's, Shell or KwikTrip stations.

13. Hy-Vee reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a Program member's Program membership at anytime and without notice.

14. Hy-Vee reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or any Program reward at any time and without notice.

15. This Program is not valid where prohibited by law.

16. Program participation is not currently available to residents of California.

17. To report a lost or stolen Program card please contact [email protected] or 800-232-2580. Hy-Vee is not responsible for lost or stolen Program cards.

18. Program rewards are not eligible to be earned on the following restricted products: alcohol, tobacco, fuel, price-controlled milk products, kerosene, insurance or any other third-party payments for prescription drugs or other products or services, co-pays and deductibles for government-funded benefit programs (where prohibited), postage stamps, lottery tickets, money orders, money transfers, pre-paid debit card, gift-card purchases, amusement or entertainment tickets, fundraising activities (script program), donations, taxes, returned check service fee, Joe Fresh clothing and accessories, and items prohibited by law. 19. Entry into any sweepstakes open to Program members may require activation of Program card but does not require purchase of any product or service. See applicable sweepstakes rules for more information.

20. The Program Terms and Conditions set forth herein, together with our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy govern your participation and use of the Program. By enrolling in, using and continuing to use the Program, you accept and agree to the various terms and the collection, use, and sharing of your Personal Information as provided in the Privacy Policy.

Supplemental Terms for Fuel Discount Rewards Conversion in Wisconsin (“Supplemental Terms”)

These Supplemental Terms are applicable only to Program participants who have a hy-vee.com account and have selected a Wisconsin Hy-Vee store location as “My Hy-Vee” within their account settings (“Eligible Conversion Program Participants”). Where a conflict exists between the Program Terms and Conditions and these Supplemental Terms, these Supplemental Terms control over any conflicting or less specific terms with respect to Eligible Conversion Program Participants.

1. Eligible Conversion Program Participants will have the option of converting all earned fuel discount rewards into store credit.

2. Eligible Conversion Program Participants may convert each $0.01 of earned fuel discount rewards into $0.10 of store credit. By way of example, $1.00 of earned fuel discount rewards could be converted to $10.00 of store credit.

3. Eligible Conversion Program Participants must convert all currently available fuel discount rewards at the time of electing the conversion. No partial conversions are permitted.

4. Fuel discount rewards that have been converted to store credit may only be redeemed at participating Wisconsin Hy-Vee locations.

5. Earned rewards (including store credit converted from fuel discount rewards) expire 30 days from date of the purchase of each eligible item that offers a fuel discount regardless of the date the fuel discount reward may have been converted to store credit.

6. Once fuel discount rewards have been converted to store credit, the available store credit amount will be applied to the next transaction when the Program card is used.

7. Store credit cannot be converted back to fuel discounts.

8. Store credit cannot be used to reduce the price of any of the following products: alcohol, tobacco, fuel, price-controlled milk products, kerosene, insurance or any other third-party payments for prescription drugs or other products or services, co-pays and deductibles for government-funded benefit programs (where prohibited), postage stamps, lottery tickets, money orders, money transfers, pre-paid debit card, gift-card purchases, amusement or entertainment tickets, fundraising activities (script program), donations, taxes, returned check service fee, Joe Fresh clothing and accessories, and items prohibited by law.
