    1 (6-oz.) Hy-Vee Meat Market breaded pork loin
    2 small butterhead lettuce leaves
    1 Hy-Vee Bakery hamburger bun, split
    Desired condiments, such as Hy-Vee original yellow mustard, Hy-Vee ketchup and/or Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    Desired toppers, such as Hy-Vee hamburger dill pickle slices, thinly sliced tomato, and/or thinly sliced red onion and separated into rings

    • 8-qt. air fryer
    • Hy-Vee air fryer oil spray

    Directions

    1. Preheat an 8-qt. air fryer to 400 degrees according to manufacturer's directions. 

    2. Generously spray air fryer basket with air fryer spray. Place breaded pork loin in the basket; spray with air fryer spray. Close air fryer and air-fry for 5 minutes. Lightly spray top of pork loin again with air fryer spray. Turn pork loin over; lightly spray with air fryer spray. Air-fry 4 to 5 minutes more or until lightly golden and pork reaches at least 145 degrees. Remove from air fryer and slightly cool.

    3. To assemble sandwich, place lettuce on bun bottom. Top with cooked pork loin, desired condiments, desired toppers and bun top. 

      Note: Cooking times, temperatures and quantities may vary depending on style of air fryer.

      To prepare more than 1 sandwich, preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place cooked pork loins on wire rack in rimmed baking pan; keep warm in oven while air-frying remaining breaded tenderloins.
