⅔ c. Hy-Vee frozen mango chunks, coarsely chopped | ||
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice | ||
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro | ||

Directions
- While salmon is roasted, combine avocado, tomatoes, mango, lime juice, cilantro and salt. Divide salsa mixture among cooked salmon fillets.
