2 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced | ||
½ c. snow peas or fresh pea pods, cut in half, optional | ||
⅓ c. crispy noodles | ||
⅓ c. sliced, toasted almonds | ||
½ c. bottled light Asian sesame dressing |
Directions
- Toss together greens, mandarin oranges, chicken slices, snow peas, crispy noodles and almonds in large serving bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad; toss to evenly coat.
