1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee cubed cooked ham | ||
4 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee pork and beans, undrained | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee kidney beans, drained | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee butter beans, drained | ||
1 medium onion, chopped | ||
½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee barbecue sauce | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar | ||
2 tsp. dry mustard |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9-by-13-inch baking pan; set aside.
- Cook ground beef and drain.
- In a large bowl, stir together ground beef, ham, bacon, pork and beans, kidney beans, butter beans, onion, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, vinegar and mustard. Pour into prepared baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
