Directions
In a large bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Spread carrots on prepared baking sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crispy.
Meanwhile, make Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, garlic powder, and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Remove baked carrots from oven and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
