    1 (19 oz) pkg Hy-Vee Select cheese tortellini
    ½ c. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
    ¼ c. light Parmesan peppercorn ranch dressing
    ½ (10 oz) box Hy-Vee frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
    2 tbsp. diced pimientos
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Prepare tortellini according to package directions. Drain well. Return to pot.
    2. Stir in mayonnaise, Parmesan ranch dressing, spinach and pimientos. Transfer to a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    3. Toss together breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top of tortellini mixture.
    4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
