1 ½ lbs. ground beef | ||
1 can(s) pizza sauce | ||
2 (12 oz each) tubes refrigerator biscuits | ||
1 ½ c. shredded Mozzarella cheese | ||
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain. Stir in pizza sauce.
- Quarter each biscuit. Place in greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Top with sauce.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
