Caramel Fudge Frosting

6 tbsp. butter | ||

1 ½ c. powdered sugar | ||

Directions
- Combine butter, milk and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Cool pan in cold water until your hand can be held on the bottom of the pan comfortably.
- Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Beat until smooth.
- Frost cake immediately as frosting hardens quickly.
