2 (12 oz each) tubes Hy-Vee buttermilk hearty layer biscuits | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee pizza sauce | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee finely shredded part-skim 4-cheese Italian Blend cheese, divided | ||
1 lbs. lean ground beef, cooked and drained | ||
⅓ c. chopped red onion | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee dill hamburger pickle slices, drained | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee bacon bits |
Directions
- Separate biscuits and cut each into 8 pieces.
- Place biscuits in medium bowl. Stir in pizza sauce and 1 cup cheese.
- Place biscuit mix in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Layer with ground beef, onion, pickle slices, bacon bits and remaining 1 cup cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
