Directions
- Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
- Add water, milk and ketchup; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in Macaroni; return to boil. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
- Stir in Cheese Sauce, tomatoes, and green onions; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until heated through.
- Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite Kraft Dressing.
