    Our Cherry-Bourbon Jam only uses 3 ingredients and makes a small batch that is perfect for accompanying charcuterie and/or cheese boards. One of our favorite ways to serve it? Over Kelly's Kitchen Chocolate Cheese Fudge on a pretzel cracker. Yum.

    1 lbs. fresh dark cherries, stemmed and pitted
    1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    5 tbsp. bourbon
    Kelly's Kitchen Chocolate Cheese Fudge, for serving
    Snack Factory pretzel crisps, for serving

    • Medium saucepan
    • Food processor or blender
    • Airtight container

    Directions

    1. Place cherries, sugar, and bourbon in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until cherries have softened and jam begins to thicken. Remove from heat; cool slightly.

    2. In a food processor or blender, process mixture until nearly smooth. Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 months. If desired, serve over Kelley's Chocolate Cheese Fudge and pretzel crackers.
