½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee chocolate chips or Hy-Vee raisins, optional |

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat together butter, brown sugar and egg until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Stir in granola, flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in chocolate chips or raisins, if desired. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes on a baking sheet before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
