Chocolate Crisp Rice Heart

1 c. Hy-Vee semi-sweet chocolate chips | ||
¼ c. light corn syrup | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee margarine | ||
3 c. Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows | ||
3 c. Hy-Vee crisp rice cereal |
Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine chocolate chips, corn syrup, margarine and marshmallows.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in crisp rice cereal. Stir until the cereal is evenly coated with chocolate.
- Turn the chocolate-coated cereal out onto a greased cookie sheet. While warm, form into a large heart shape.
- Chill until serving time.
